Ofsted report April 2024

We are delighted to be able to share the exceptionally positive report from our recent Ofsted inspection, which took place on 17th April 2024. The inspection process was very thorough, and OFSTED not only took the views of parents, but they also interviewed staff and spoke with children. Additionally, the inspection team observed our practitioners and their interaction with the children, as well as time spent considering our day-to-day practices and record-keeping.

Inspectors witnessed our youngest children, our babies, benefitting ‘from a nurturing environment in which staff meet their care routines consistently and provide close comfort for them to feel secure’. In the older years, children were seen to ‘shriek in delight’ when playing with staff. As well as being agile in responding quickly to children’s spontaneous interests (of which there are many!), we were particularly happy that our staff were recognised for being good role models who help children to develop positive behaviour and attitudes.
