Max
Deputy Manager
Max comes from a nursing background and has worked as a Teaching Assistant in local schools for many years. She also has lots of experience working in nurseries and early years environments.
She is a natural born organiser and has a firm but fair approach to childcare– she is great at preparing children for school.
Max also has Forest School Training and is a big supporter of our outdoors learning environment. She loves inspiring children to connect with nature.
